Rise Technical Recruitment is representing a West Midlands based client recruiting an Electrical Test Engineer for Power Generation. Expect UK site-based electrical testing across generation facilities, with 60:40 site to office duties and potential design training.

The role requires a HNC or above in power sector, knowledge of 3-phase power systems and testing of switchgears, transformers, and substations. Travel across the UK with stay-away opportunities is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of 3-phase power systems and testing of switchgears, transformers and substations.
• Willing to travel UK wide including stay aways.
• HNC or above in Power sector with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Testing at Power Generation sites across the UK.
• Site and Office based work - 60:40 split.
• Design training available and opportunities for progression.
