Job summary

Lucy Group seeks a Sales Tendering Administrator to support external Sales Teams with technical proposals. You will handle tender preparation, collate materials, and respond to customer enquires with professionalism.

The role involves coordinating with Operations, Marketing, Finance and Legal to ensure accurate quotations and compliant tenders, with potential UK travel and a busy, front-line environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE in Maths, English and a Science or ICT subject.
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Experience quoting capital equipment worldwide from drawings/schematics would be an advantage.
• Familiar with export markets and INCO terms (advantage).
• Degree/HND/GNVQ in Electrical Engineering would be an advantage (distinct advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist tender preparation and administration for Sales Teams.
• Gather data and help with return actions.
• Communicate customer requirements internally.
• Manage customer order handover to Contract Management/Customer Services.
• Follow up open tenders to assist Sales Teams.
• Provide support to UK Distributors.
