Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Electrical Technician to support utility-scale solar farms across the local region. The role offers full training, a Monday–Friday pattern, and a 35k–38k salary with a company van and benefits.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Electrician/Electrical Technician with industrial or manufacturing background, capable of fault-finding and maintenance, and holding a full UK driving licence.

• Time-Served Electrician / Electrical Technician with industrial or manufacturing background.
• Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Field Service Electrical Technician for utility-scale solar farms.
• Install, maintain and fault-find on ground-mount solar PV systems.
• Develop specialist knowledge of solar PV and HV systems.
• Monday - Friday with 1-in-4 call-out rota.
• Full training and ongoing technical development provided.

• Full UK driving licence
