Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with control systems and PLCs; Siemens experience is desirable.
• Competency with IT systems and engineering software.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair electrical and process machinery to maximise uptime and safe operation.
• Lead and support preventative maintenance programmes to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical faults and breakdowns quickly.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to source resources and components.
• Train and coach production operators in basic electrical safety and maintenance.
• Support continuous improvement by engineering solutions to improve quality and productivity.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
