Prestige Talent Partners Ltd is seeking an Electrical Specialist for a site in Prudhoe. The role focuses on maintaining, improving, and optimising production equipment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with the Operations team to ensure reliability and performance of machinery, champion safety and quality, and lead improvement projects to boost productivity. A time-served electrician with strong diagnostic skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have an Electrical Apprenticeship or time-served Electrician status.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings with strong fault-finding skills.
• Experience with PLC-controlled systems, preferably Siemens, and root-cause analysis.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert electrical support to resolve faults in equipment and machinery.
• Coach production teams in electrical fault finding and problem-solving techniques.
• Participate in daily production meetings to review performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct gap analyses and implement corrective actions to boost reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure electrical work meets site health, safety, and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce downtime.
• Support long-term engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations.
