Are you an Electrical Controls Engineer looking to become a true controls specialist through OEM Manufacturer Training (USA), Progression To Technical Expert, an Early Friday Finish and 33 Days Holiday? Do you have an electrical engineering background and want to build long-term depth of skill in control systems, product development and troubleshooting?

This is a secure, permanent position with a well-established engineering manufacturer/supplier who genuinely invests in training and supports engineers who want to become technical experts. You'll join a close-knit team where development is built into the role rather than added as an afterthought.

You’ll be part of an organisation established since 1984, supplying and developing machine tools and next-generation control systems. The work is varied and technically interesting, with opportunities to get involved in new control system projects and shape future products.

Working from their Tiverton site, you’ll support electrical control system design, electrical drawings/documentation, testing/validation, and hands‑on fault finding and troubleshooting across machine control systems (with training provided).

This role suits a technically‑driven engineer who is motivated by training and becoming a recognised controls product expert (rather than chasing a purely routine maintenance role).
