Job summary

Arbex in Northfleet is seeking an Electrical Technician to diagnose, install, service and repair electrical components on factory equipment as part of the Asset Support Team. You will support proactive maintenance and respond to breakdowns to keep production lines moving in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration with a skilled team under a Site Technical Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Strong safety awareness required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including 24hr on-call rota.
• Hands-on problem solving in FMCG/process/engineering environments.
• Lead/planned maintenance activities including scheduled shuts.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on equipment and assets.
• Install, maintain and repair electrical components per reliability standards.
• Lead or participate in planned maintenance shuts and proactive maintenance.
• Respond to reactive maintenance needs and support troubleshooting scenarios.
