Job summary

Arbex is seeking an Electrical Technician for its Northfleet Mill. You will diagnose and repair electrical systems in our packaging and production lines, with a focus on reliability and safety in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will join the Asset Support Team and work under the Site Technical Team Leader to perform proactive and reactive maintenance, install and service electrical components, and lead planned maintenance activities. The role requires flexibility for shifts and on‑site work.

Qualifications

• Safety awareness is essential in a high‑speed FMCG plant.
• Hands-on problem solving in a FMCG/ tissue engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair electrical components of machines and assets in the mill facility.
• Provide proactive and reactive maintenance support.
• Lead planned maintenance activities including scheduled maintenance shuts.
