Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers Ltd in Ampthill is seeking an Electrical Technician for a permanent role with a base of £34,000. The position is based in Ampthill and involves working with a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company that is growing and developing.

The role offers the opportunity to grow skills within the company and industry. You will manufacture cables and harnesses from drawings, use hand tools, jigs and measuring equipment, and ensure high accuracy in line with IPC-620

Qualifications

• Experience with cable and harness manufacturing to specifications.
• Certified IPC-620 or IPC/J-Standards experience.
• Ability to hand-solder to high accuracy.
• Understanding of ESD controls.
• Competent using IT/software packages.
• Experience using jigs, fixtures and measuring tools.
• Cleanliness and 5S housekeeping.
