Windsor Forest Colleges Group in Langley is seeking a full-time Electrical Technical Tutor to join the Apprenticeships team, delivering high-quality training, mentoring and progression support to electrical apprentices toward their End Point Assessment Gateway.

The successful candidate will hold 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S, plus a recognised teaching qualification (CET/DET/DTLLS) and an Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent), with a passion for inspiring learners and improving outcomes across college

Qualifications

• Must have industry qualifications including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S.
• Recognised teaching qualification such as CET, DET or DTLLS.
• Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and deliver high-quality training and mentoring.
• Monitor progress, track off-the-job training and support End Point Assessment preparation.
