Job summary

Trant Engineering is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead on a water project in the UK. You will supervise electrical operatives and subcontractors on site, coordinating with civil and mechanical disciplines to ensure works meet design drawings, specifications and UK regulations.

You will drive HSE compliance, manage documentation, and support testing, commissioning and QA/QC processes while maintaining accurate daily records and progress reports.

Qualifications

• Essential electrical qualifications and standards for industrial/infrastructure work.
• Experience in a supervisory role on similar projects.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate electrical activities with civil, mechanical, and process teams.
• Ensure compliance with BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations) and project specs.
• Lead toolbox talks, risk assessments and method statements.
• Maintain daily activity, attendance and materials records.
