J3A Recruitment is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor for long-term water industry projects across Thames & Anglian Region. The role oversees on-site electrical teams, ensuring safe, on-time installations compliant with BS7671 and client specifications.

Permanent position with 42 hours/week, paid travel time, and clear career progression. You will manage workloads, mentor Apprentices, and coordinate with design and compliance teams, contributing to high-quality project delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Supervisor, preferably in water/utilities or process-driven environments.
• Valid ECS Gold Card and SSSTS or equivalent.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to manage works with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of BS7671 and client specifications would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervising teams of Electricians, Improvers and Apprentices on site.
• Coordinating electrical works across operational water sites.
• Ensuring installations comply with BS7671 and client specs.
• Maintaining programme adherence and safety standards.
• Mentoring Apprentices and improving on-site processes.
• Liaising with design and compliance teams to meet project quality plans.
