Responsibilities

• Supervising electrical teams across multiple social housing and new build domestic sites.
• Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and H&S standards.
• Managing programme, quality, and client expectations.
• Liaising with housing association clients and residents where required.
• Reporting into senior management on progress and issues.
