The role involves supervising electrical teams across occupied and void properties, ensuring works are delivered safely to a high standard and in line with regulations. Liasing with clients and residents may be required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience within social housing or new build domestic.
• Own transport.
• Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas.
