Job summary

Hygrove Partners Ltd. is recruiting an Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical teams across social housing and new build domestic projects in the West Midlands. You will ensure safe, high-standard delivery, and manage schedule, quality, and client expectations.

The role requires supervisory experience in social housing, NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, and a valid CSCS card; own transport and willingness to work from Walsall and surrounding areas are essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent).
• Supervisory experience within social housing or new build domestic projects.
• 18th Edition compliance required.
• Valid CSCS card held.
• Own transport essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical teams across social housing and new build sites.
• Ensure works meet electrical regulations and H&S standards.
• Manage programme, quality and client expectations.
• Liaise with housing associations and residents as needed.
• Report progress and issues to senior management.
