Job summary

Hygrove Partners are recruiting Electricians to join a leading, fast-growing construction company working on social housing and new build domestic projects in and around Warwick. Role involves site-based electrical work across social housing and new build domestic properties, with responsibilities including first and second fix installations, testing of systems and liaising with site management.

Required NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, ECS/JIB Gold Card, CSCS card and own transport; willing to cover

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent).
• 18th Edition required.
• ECS/JIB Gold Card valid.
• CSCS card valid.
• Own transport essential.
• Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• First and second fix electrical installation across new build domestic properties.
• Installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems within social housing stock (occupied and void).
• Working to current wiring regulations (BS7671).
• Liaising with site management and other trades.
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.

Hygrove Partners are recruiting Electricians on behalf of a leading and fast-growing, modern construction company, working on social housing and new build domestic projects in and around Warwick.

The Role:

Site-based electrical work across social housing and new build domestic properties, working alongside an experienced residential team.

Key Responsibilities:

• First and second fix electrical installation across new build domestic properties
• Installation, testing and maintenance of electrical systems within social housing stock (occupied and void)
• Working to current wiring regulations (BS7671)
• Liaising with site management and other trades
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards

What We're Looking For:

• Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 / equivalent)
• Valid ECS/JIB Gold Card
• 18th Edition essential
• Valid CSCS card essential
• Own transport essential
• Willing to work from Walsall and surrounding areas
• Experience on new build domestic or social housing sites preferred
