Carlisle Support Services is seeking an Electrical Supervisor based at the Hackney Wick office to oversee daily hard services on the Arriva Rail London contract. You will manage a team of engineers, supervise subcontractors, and ensure compliance, safety and high engineering standards on site.

The role operates a 4on/4off 12‑hour shift pattern with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch and occasional weekend work. You’ll support the Contract Manager to optimise performance and provide coaching to the site team.

Formación

• Time served electrical apprenticeship with broad electrical systems knowledge.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• PTS training and JIB/Sentinel cards preferred.
• Full UK driving licence; rail knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily hard services on Arriva Rail London contract.
• Supervise engineers and subcontractors; perform appraisals.
• Attend client meetings as required.
• Manage reactive faults and PPMs with Scheduling team.
• Ensure compliance and HSQE requirements on site.
• Chase progress on spares and procured materials.
