Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Qualified Supervisor to oversee electrical installation work, ensure compliance with NICEIC standards and complete accurate certification and reporting. The role requires a full UK driving licence, extensive knowledge of 18th Edition BS 7671, and experience supervising teams in busy environments.

You will coordinate inspection records, support on-call duties, and work from 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, in a full-time Manchester-based position with opportunities

Qualifications

Must be able to qualify for NICEIC registration.
Experience in in-service testing and inspection of electrical installations.
Knowledge of Electrical Safety regulations and reporting procedures.
Proven supervisory or managerial responsibility in electrical installation work.
Comfortable with documentation, certificates and reporting.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate competence/experience as an electrician.
Lead electrical installation work across diverse types and materials.
Supervise operatives and review testing and certification paperwork (NICEIC).
Participate in on-call rota and manage workload.
Coordinate with other building services and stakeholders.
