Job summary

You will mentor engineers, own compliance, and coordinate with regional managers to ensure safe, efficient operation of lighting, power, distribution and control systems.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years’ commercial electrical experience, NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, AM2, 18th Edition (BS 7671) and an ECS card, with a full UK driving

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of electricians and technicians across multiple commercial sites in London.
• Own compliance, safety briefings and training sessions.
• Manage OOH call-out rota and coordinate rapid resolutions for emergencies.
• Liaise with clients and national account colleagues to coordinate maintenance activity.
