Job summary

Sureserve Energy Services UK is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead a team of Electrical Engineers, Surveyors, Contractors and Apprentices from our Bathgate office. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safe, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

The role requires City & Guilds Electrical Installation and 18th Edition, plus strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

City & Guilds Electrical Installation qualification and 18th Edition (18th Edition essential).
BS2391 Inspection & Testing qualification.
Experience in an Electrical Supervisor, Contracts Supervisor or Management role.
Strong knowledge of renewable technologies, including ASHPs, Solar PV, Battery Storage and EV Charging.
City & Guilds Electrical Testing qualification or NICEIC QS status desirable.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Strong leadership, technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Electrical Engineers, Surveyors, Contractors and Apprentices.
Monitor performance and drive high standards of productivity, quality and service.
Build strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders.
Promote a customer-first, right-first-time approach across all activities.
Carry out in-progress and final quality inspections of completed works.
Conduct Health & Safety inspections and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Plan and manage workloads to deliver work safely, on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to operational teams.
