Job summary

The Sureserve Group's Aaron Services division is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to lead the electrical engineering teams across sites, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will support the Electrical Manager, provide technical training, run toolbox talks, and liaise with clients to resolve issues while maintaining compliance with NICEIC QS standards. This role is on-site with broad responsibilities across the electrical division.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition, 2391, AM2 and NVQ are required.
• Proven supervisory experience in electrical engineering.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical and gas engineering teams with safety-first culture.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve technical and logistical issues promptly to avoid delays.
• Deliver action plans for timely work completion on site.
• Communicate with clients to manage expectations and service quality.
• Lead toolbox talks and promote quality of work across sites.
