Job summary

EQUANS is seeking an Electrical Supervisor to manage electrical contracts in Coleshill, Birmingham. This permanent full-time role involves supervising engineers, ensuring project compliance, and maintaining NICEIC standards.

Ideal candidates will have a JIB Gold card or equivalent, with at least 5 years’ experience in the electrical field. The position offers great benefits, including annual leave, life cover, and various employee assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the electrical field.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Ideally experienced with the installation of Solar PV panels.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day to day running of engineers/contractors.
• Ensure projects are compliant and meet H&S requirements.
• Control and achieve NICEIC electrical compliance throughout all projects.

Skills

JIB Gold card or equivalent NVQ3 electrical qualifications

Experience in the electrical field (5+ years)

C&G 2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalent qualification

Familiar with IT systems
