Job summary

Lyons Electrical in Strood, Kent, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead large commercial and industrial projects on site. You will manage a team, ensure safety, quality, and delivery on time while representing the company with clients.

Role requires proven supervisory experience, a full electrical qualification, and familiarity with BS 7671 and RAMS. You will coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors to achieve project milestones and handover.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a recognised electrical apprenticeship and be a fully qualified electrician.
• Significant commercial/industrial electrical experience with supervision experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage projects on site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise electrical installation works.
• Lead and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Manage labour, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Monitor progress against project programme and key dates.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
• Maintain quality control, testing, snagging and handover.
• Ensure high standards of health and safety on site.
