Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation. The Electrical Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Previous experience in a Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior Electrical Engineer position
• Strong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault finding
• Experience supervising engineers and/or subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of M&E/Fabric Engineers across the contract
• Plan, allocate and monitor planned preventative and reactive maintenance activities
• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installation works
• Ensure all electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and client procedures
• Monitor engineers' performance, quality of work and productivity
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist contractors
• Review completed works and ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to date
• Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintained
• Support the Contract Manager with technical issues, reporting and operational requirements
• Participate in an on-call rota where required

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation.

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and client relationships.

Package

• Competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

• Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
• Participation in 'out of hours' on call rota

Requirements

• Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

• Full UK driving licence if the role involves travel between sites
