Pioneer Selection is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for a dayshift role in Dalbeattie. Salary £56,000 with OTE £62,000+, Mon-Fri; you will maintain, fault-find and perform preventative maintenance on state-of-the-art automated production equipment.

The successful candidate will bring hands-on electrical skills, leadership experience, and a track record in manufacturing environments, with opportunities for career development and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown work in a fast-paced factory.
• Strong electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance, fault-finding and preventative maintenance on automated production machinery to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Collaborate with operations to optimise maintenance schedules and reduce unplanned downtime.
