Winthrop Technologies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a site-based role in Blyth, United Kingdom. You will oversee electrical works, coordinate activities with other trades, and ensure delivery to safety, quality, and programme standards.

Qualifications

• Electrical trade qualification is mandatory.
• Experience in a supervisory role within an M&E contracting environment.
• Data centre experience is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate site activities alongside other trades and subcontractors
• Prepare and manage two-week look-ahead schedules in line with the project programme
• Attend daily and weekly site meetings
• Manage labour resources to ensure alignment with programme requirements
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure efficient delivery of works
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship on site
• Ensure all materials and plant delivered to site meet agreed specifications and are stored safely
• Verify subcontractor plant and access equipment is certified and fit for use
• Identify and notify project management of variations and delays
