Job summary

Pyramid Plus, a joint venture involving Mears Property Services, is seeking an Electrical Qualified Supervisor in Staines. You will oversee electrical works, manage a small team of operatives and subcontractors, and ensure on-time delivery within budget and safety standards.

The role requires 18th Edition, NVQ Level 2/3 electrical installation, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent, plus a full UK driving licence. Company van, fuel card and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification is essential for supervising electrical works.
• NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation required and held.
• AM2 Certification and Test & Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391) needed.
• Extensive electrical experience in housing/maintenance environments desired.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of electrical works across planned and reactive contracts.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality.
• Manage MCM job scheduling and resource allocation; monitor progress.
• Ensure meters and equipment are calibrated and maintained.
• Provide electrical support and technical advice to clients and internal teams.
• Compile operational reports and support audits and reviews.
• Maintain compliance with legislation, procedures and customer satisfaction.
