Job summary

Pyramid Plus, a joint venture between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, seeks an Electrical Qualified Supervisor in Staines to lead electrical works on maintenance contracts. You will manage a small crew, coordinate subcontractors, perform site visits, and ensure compliance with H&S and quality standards.

The role offers a 42.5‑hour week, 54,000 GBP annual salary, a company van and fuel card, and permanent full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Electrical supervisor with strong compliance and safety knowledge.
• Experience delivering electrical works across planned and reactive maintenance.
• Ability to oversee a small team and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of electrical works across contracts.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, safety regs and quality standards.
• Supervise operatives and manage subcontractors.
• Monitor progress via site visits to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Compile operational reports and support performance reviews.
• Maintain assets, tools and PPE in good condition.

Education

18th Edition Qualification

NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Electrical Installation

AM2 Certification

Test and Inspection qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)

Full UK driving licence

Extensive experience in electrical work within housing or maintenance environments
