Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead on-site electrical operations for high-profile commercial projects across South Wales, focusing on Barry and Rhoose. You will drive safe delivery and ensure quality across site teams.

Responsibilities include RAMS implementation, programmes planning, subcontractor coordination, and thorough site administration to support timely project completion.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold SSSTS/SMSTS and JIB/ECS Gold Card.
• First Aid at Work qualification required.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
• Experience supervising electrical installations on commercial projects.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site electrical operations across commercial projects.
• Prepare and enforce RAMS for electrical works.
• Plan and monitor installation programmes and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Manage site administration, progress reporting and sign-offs.
• Procure materials and manage stock to meet timelines.
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal electrical teams.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.
