Job summary

My client in Central London is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for a major refurbishment project worth circa £30m. You will manage on-site electrical works, liaise with the client, and drive progress reporting and safety compliance.

The role is based in Central London with a hands-on approach to delivering snag-free handovers. Applicants should have a solid electrical background in commercial settings, progression from a tools environment, and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Progressed from a tools background with strong electrical knowledge.
• Experience in a commercial sector.
• SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.

Responsibilities

• Management of sub-contractors and labour
• Client liaison and attend site meetings
• Progress reporting
• Safety at site level including RAMS and toolbox talks
• Weekly H&S returns
• Project and programme implementation
• Understanding of design and drawings and snagging to minimize defects
