TLG Infrastructure Limited in Central London is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to deliver all electrical packages on a flagship commercial fit-out valued around £5m. You will lead site activities, manage subcontractors, coordinate with project teams and client reps to keep programme, cost and quality on track.

The role requires 5+ years of electrical site leadership, City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent, and SMSTS/SSSTS. A strong focus on safety, quality and timely handover is essential.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification required (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Site Manager.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects, with fit-out exposure preferred.

Electrical Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out

Central London | £65,000 - £75,000 + Travel + Bonus

Our client is a highly respected £60m turnover M&E contractor specialising in delivering technically challenging commercial fit-out projects valued at up to £20m M&E. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Site Manager to take ownership of a flagship £5m commercial fit-out project in Central London.

The Role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful site delivery of all electrical packages, ensuring the project is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Mechanical Site Manager, subcontractors and client representatives, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day electrical installation on site.
• Supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
• Coordinating works with other trades to maintain programme.
• Monitoring quality, productivity and workmanship.
• Ensuring all works comply with current health and safety legislation.
• Attending site meetings and reporting project progress.
• Managing inspections, commissioning activities and snagging.
• Supporting the project through to successful handover.

Requirements

To be considered for this position you will have:

• A relevant Electrical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, HNC/HND or equivalent).
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Site Manager.
• Experience delivering commercial construction projects.
• Previous commercial fit-out experience is highly desirable.
• Ideally have worked on commercial fit-out projects with an electrical value of £3m+.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach with a focus on quality and programme delivery.
