Job summary

Connect Grp is seeking an Electrical Working Supervisor to lead a small on-site team on a commercial install near Old Street, London. The role requires hands-on contribution to installations when needed and acting as the on-site point of contact for quality, safety, and schedule.

You will supervise electricians and apprentices, read blueprints, coordinate materials, and communicate progress and changes to management and clients, ensuring work remains to spec and within safety standards.

Qualifications

• JIB Gold card is required.
• SSSTS or higher equivalent certification preferred.
• First Aid certification is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assign, and supervise electricians and apprentices on daily work.
• Perform hands-on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair when needed.
• Ensure all work meets company safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
• Coordinate materials and labour.
• Communicate progress, issues, and changes to management and clients.
