Are you a Electrically qualified Service and Maintenance Engineer with experience of Supervising and leading a team, are you looking for a new exciting role that will keep you based in Bristol, if so this could be for you.

This Faculties Services providers to the commercial building industry have recently been awarded a new contract and are recruiting for a Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a large portfolio of sites in the region.

As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor you will from time to time be hands on, however the main focus will be leading the team of engineers to ensure a efficient and productive service is provided to the client.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Electrical works within the business and also deal with the NICEIC when required. If you have been a Qualifying Supervisor previous this will be a massive advantage.

You will be responsible for the Electrical side of the contract and therefore work closely with the Mechanical Supervisor when it comes to the engineering team and the client / building managers.

You will need to be a qualified Electrician, ideally from a full apprenticeship and have plenty of planned and reactive maintenance experience within a commercial environment.
