The role involves coordinating site activities, materials, quality assurance and health and safety compliance within a high-profile project team.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical knowledge required on live construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support the delivery of a major student accommodation development in Manchester. This is a long-term freelance opportunity offering 12 months plus of work on a high-profile residential scheme.

The successful candidate will take responsibility for overseeing electrical subcontractors and direct operatives, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the wider project team, you will coordinate site activities, manage materials, oversee quality assurance processes, and ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
