Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking a Site Supervisor for on-site supervision of ENW contract teams in the UK. You will provide technical expertise, coordinate workstreams from receipt to completion, and work with our scheduling team to ensure programmes are delivered as planned.

You will oversee jointing activities, turnkey projects with sub-contractors, and liaise with client technicians and managers while ensuring safety and compliance. A strong focus on reporting and KPI achievement is required.

Qualifications

• NRWSA supervisory level qualification
• Financial and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of each workstream, coordinating the work from receipt, through to job completion
• Understand and supervise all jointing activities. Managing full turnkey projects with sub-contractors and direct labour; engaging with client technicians and team managers
• Understand backfill and reinstatement processes and procedures
• Ensure that client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently
• Provide daily and weekly reports and ensure service levels and objectives are achieved
• Provide positive, innovative input and propose solutions to problems while embracing change
