Job summary

Project Start Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on commercial building-services projects in the Nottingham area. You will manage site teams, coordinate subcontractors and maintain safety standards throughout installation, testing and handover.

The role requires strong supervision skills, a solid knowledge of RAMS and a track record of delivering on programme with quality standards. A van and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical apprenticeship or Level 3 electrical installation qualification, or equivalent.
• 18th Edition and RAMS/health and safety procedures.
• Experience managing site operatives and installation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day electrical installation activities on site.
• Supervise electricians, electrical supervisors and subcontractors.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, programmes and applicable regulations.
• Monitor project progress and report issues, delays and risks to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, RAMS.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor installation quality.
• Oversee electrical testing, commissioning and handover documentation.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
