Anglian Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works on a commercial project. You will coordinate electricians and subcontractors, manage site activities and ensure all works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background, proven supervisory experience, and knowledge of current regulations and health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or similar supervisory role.
• Strong background in commercial/industrial electrical installations.
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and health and safety requirements.
• CSCS/ECS card holders preferred; SMSTS/SSSTS advantageous.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate electricians and subcontractors on site.
• Oversee electrical installation works to meet project specs and deadlines.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
• Coordinate labour, materials and daily site activities.
• Liaise with project managers and other trades for smooth delivery.
• Ensure risk assessments, method statements and site documentation are adhered to.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly.
• Maintain strong health, safety and housekeeping focus.
