Responsibilities & Skills & Experience

1. Residential project experience from inception to completion is required.
2. Electrical qualifications.
3. Capable of handling an M&E project value up to £20 million.
4. 18th Edition
5. SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
6. Attend site meetings with the Project Management team.
7. Oversee on-site labour and forecast resource needs.
8. Conduct Toolbox Talks.
9. Be presentable and client-facing.
