We are seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to join our delivery team on a high-profile and complex defence project based in West Berkshire.

This is a critical role overseeing the successful delivery of electrical building services in a secure, highly controlled environment.

What you'll be doing

As an Electrical Construction Manager, you will:

• Manage the on-site delivery of all construction works, ensuring alignment with programme, quality and safety standards
• Co-ordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams across all stages of installation and commissioning
• Interface closely with project management, engineering and client representatives to resolve technical and programme issues
• Ensure all works are fully compliant with current legislation, specifications and security protocols.

Who we're looking for

You will have:

• Proven experience delivering electrical building services on large complex construction projects
• Prior involvement in defence, life sciences, clean room or high-tech environments is desirable
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, BMS, LV/HV, fire alarms, passive fire protection and associated commissioning.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance
