Job summary

ISource Solutions is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor for projects across London and the Southeast. You will oversee electrical installation activities, lead installation teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure high-quality, right-first-time delivery on site.

The role requires a strong electrical background with proven supervisory experience in construction, BS 7671 knowledge, and SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical trade qualification such as NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365
• Proven experience as Electrical Supervisor/Foreman or similar
• Experience in construction, ideally minor works projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods and industry standards
• Good understanding of BS 7671 / IET Wiring Regulations
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is required
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on, proactive site supervision

Electrical Site Supervisor

Location: London / Southeast

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum (depending on exp/Quals)

Job Type: Full-time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a growing project team, overseeing electrical installation activities across a range of minor works projects throughout London and the Southeast.

This is a hands‑on supervisory position where you will take responsibility for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of electrical works on site. You will lead electrical installation teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and work closely with Project Managers, Site Engineers, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification and right first time.

The role will suit an experienced Electrical Supervisor or Electrical Foreman who is confident working on site, has strong technical knowledge and enjoys leading teams and solving problems in a fast‑paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong electrical background and proven experience supervising electrical works within a construction environment.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

• Recognised electrical trade qualification, such as NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2365 or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Foreman or similar.
• Experience within the construction industry, ideally across minor works projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Good understanding of BS 7671 / IET Wiring Regulations.
• Good knowledge of construction health and safety requirements.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification is required.

The opportunity our client has put together is a package from £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
