Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd in the Midlands or Leeds is seeking a hands-on Site Manager with a strong electrical background to oversee on-site operations for a large industrial warehouse project.

You will manage HV/LV electrical works, coordinate personnel, review RAMS, and ensure safety and quality on-site. The role is temp-to-perm with an immediate start and a rate of £31 per hour.

Candidates should hold an ECS Black or Gold and SMSTS, with proven supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager or supervisor in electrical construction.
• Experience overseeing HV/LV electrical works on large industrial/warehouse projects.
• Valid Black or Gold ECS card.
• Valid SMSTS certification.
• Strong RAMS knowledge and site safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and electrical installation works involving HV/LV systems.
• Manage site personnel, coordinate work activities and monitor progress.
• Prepare, review and ensure RAMS compliance.
• Attend site meetings and liaise with project teams and contractors.
• Maintain high health and safety, quality control and site compliance.
• Ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications and programmes.
