Vertu FM in Warrington is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to oversee HV/LV infrastructure delivery on a live construction project. You will coordinate installation activities, manage direct labour and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with drawings, programme and quality standards.

The role requires SSSTS/SMSTS, ECS/CSCS, and a strong HSE focus. You will drive safety, QA and handover activities, with progression opportunities within a growing M&E contractor.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and an ECS/CSCS site-management card.
• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Supervisor or similar within M&E/construction.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations, drawings, site delivery and relevant standards.
• Confident supervising subcontractors and coordinating multi-trade works.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Some previous experience delivering HV electrical infrastructure projects is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day electrical installation works on a live construction project.

• Manage site activities against drawings, specifications, programme and quality requirements.
• Lead site Health & Safety activities, toolbox talks and RAMS compliance.
• Monitor progress, raise technical queries and escalation programme or coordination risks.
• Carry out quality inspections, snagging and corrective action follow-up.
• Maintain accurate site records, inspection reports and progress updates.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and communication with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate works and interfaces involving HV/LV infrastructure, within your demonstrated project experience and authorised competencies.

Salary £50,000–£60,000 DOE inc car allowance plus excellent package

We are working with a reputable and growing mechanical and electrical contractor delivering building services packages on construction projects.

Due to continued growth, they are recruiting into their projects team. You will oversee electrical site delivery on an HV/LV infrastructure project, coordinating installation activities and subcontractors.

The Package:

• Salary £50,000 - £60,000 inc car allowance DOE
• £5,000 car allowance (inc in salary above)
• Permanent, full-time position.
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• 37.5 contracted hours per week.
