Job summary

A major UK M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Freelance Electrical Site Manager for a high-profile healthcare project in East Sussex. The role pays up to £375 a day and involves managing self-delivery teams and compliance with Health and Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in M&E and Building Services, as well as experience in reporting using Fieldview software. This temporary position is expected to last for at least 9 months.

Are you an established Freelance Electrical Site Manager with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector?

Would you relish the opportunity to work for one of the UK's most prestigious M&E contractors on one of their most iconic projects?

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded for working hard on a M&E package of around £15M on a large healthcare project in East Sussex.
• Main duties will be to manage and oversee self delivery team and specialist outside sub-contractors and ensuring all Health and Site Safety is in place and adhered to.
• Previous M&E Fit-out project experience would be advantageous.
• Experience of using an iPad for reporting using Fieldview software would be advantageous.
