Job summary

Harvey Group PLC is seeking an Electrical Supervisor / Site Manager to lead projects across NI with occasional travel to ROI and GB. You will manage labour, procurement, and on-site coordination to ensure timely delivery and quality installations while maintaining adherence to regulations.

The role requires a trade background, a clean driving license, health and safety know‑how, and proficiency in MS Office. A proactive, organised, and team‑oriented professional is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Health and safety knowledge
• PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ approach to work and willingness to learn and assist
• Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Procurement of general day-to-day materials
• Responsible for the control of labour and their coordination with other trades on-site
• Ensure all installations are of the highest quality
• Ensuring the installation complies with the latest relevant regulations
• Meeting with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors regularly
• Procurement and management of hire equipment on-site
• Preparation of short-term lookahead programmes and inputting into the overall master programme
• Provide regular reports on progress and performance to the Contracts Manager
