Job summary

SIMPLY RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED, on behalf of a well-established engineering contractor, is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to oversee multiple electrical sites UK-wide. You will ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget and to the highest standards.

Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects is essential, with a strong electrical background and excellent organisational and communication skills. Willingness to travel across the UK and a Full UK driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager.
• Strong electrical background within industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage project budgets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel to projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage sites from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Support site teams throughout project delivery and resolve technical or operational issues.
