Job summary

SIMPLY RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee multiple electrical sites across the UK. The role involves managing projects from planning through to completion, ensuring safety, timeliness and budget adherence.

UK-wide travel is required and a strong electrical background is essential. Candidates should have industrial or infrastructure project experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Electrical Site Manager.
• Strong electrical background within industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to manage project budgets.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel to projects across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage sites from contract award through to completion and handover.
• Plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, plant, equipment and materials.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client requirements.
• Monitor project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project progress updates.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Support site teams throughout project delivery and resolve technical or operational issues.
