Job summary

Lagan Energy is seeking an Electrical Site Manager to lead the delivery of electrical works across hyperscale projects in the UK and Europe. You will supervise site supervisors, electrical crews and subcontractors, coordinating with Project Managers to ensure milestones and quality targets are met.

The role requires a strong electrical background, proven leadership, and a track record in complex industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical trade/engineering background with relevant electrical qualifications.
• Proven experience in an Electrical Site Manager or similar senior site-based role.
• Experience delivering large-scale electrical installations within hyperscale or data centre environments.
• Reading electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day delivery of electrical works across hyperscale projects.
• Provide leadership to site supervisors, electrical teams, subcontractors and other site personnel.
• Coordinate site activities with Project Managers and engineering teams to hit milestones.
• Monitor progress against schedules and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications and client standards.
• Oversee LV/MV installations and related infrastructure for each project.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and equipment to meet demand.
• Maintain Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality standards on site.
• Ensure RAMS and permits are understood and followed by teams.
• Attend site meetings, progress reviews and client coordination sessions.
