Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Shift Technician in London to perform routine maintenance across HV/LV systems and HVAC equipment. You will monitor BMS alarms, read meters, investigate faults, and support installation work while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires CMMS/BMS proficiency, knowledge of permit-to-work procedures, and experience with building services. A 12-hour rotating shift pattern is expected, with on-site duties in London.

Qualifications

• Must hold City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or equivalent.
• Experience with CMMS and BMS systems.
• Familiarity with 18th Edition IEE Regulations and building services.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance across HV/LV distribution and HVAC systems as per CMMS work orders.
• Monitor BMS alarms and running conditions; attend to AC related issues.
• Take meter readings and perform fault investigations with corrective actions.
• Perform installations as required and assist with project tasks.
• Participate in 12-hour rotating shift and emergency call-out rosters.
• Ensure safety compliance and report on system performance.
