Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Shift Lead to join a busy facilities management contract in Greater London. The role entails leading the shift, delivering planned and reactive electrical maintenance, and coordinating engineers to keep tasks compliant and on schedule.

The ideal candidate will hold recognised electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred), with prior FM or commercial building services experience and proven leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualifications.
• 18th Edition preferred.
• Commercial building services/FM experience.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience advantageous.
• Strong technical and fault-finding ability.
• Confident communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading engineering activity across the shift.
• Planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Fault finding and repairs.
• Supporting and coordinating engineers.
• Ensuring PPMs and reactive tasks are completed.
• Maintaining health, safety and compliance standards.
• Liaising with management and client representatives.
• Supporting technical issues and escalations.
