Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• 17th/18th Edition compliance.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with strong fault-finding ability.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lighting - small installation, fault-finding, lamping.
• Emergency lighting testing.
• Control panels.
• Ballast replacement.
• BMS monitoring (hot & cold systems).
• Maintaining and updating log books.
• Basic plumbing (unblocking toilets).
• UPS / Generators.
• Pumps and motors.
